OPENING A CDS ACCOUNT
The investor should submit a duly completed and signed Depository Account Application Form CDS 1(a) together with a copy of Standard Identification to a CSD Member. A list of CSD Members can be obtain through the following link http://www.csdr.co.tz/content/csd-member-list
The Depository Account Application Form CDS 1(a) shall be supported by the relevant documentary evidence as set forth in the table below.
