Change of CDS Member
The Investor wishing to change LDM should submit a duly filled Change of LDM Form (TD 1 (g)) in quadrant accompanied by relevant supporting documents to his current CSD Member (Transferor). The CSD Member will thereafter handle the transfer holdings.
